Repeat Prescriptions

Patients should hand in repeat prescriptions request forms to the surgery allowing 48 hours for collection. All repeat prescriptions are recorded and printed by computer before being checked and signed by the doctor. If you wish your prescription posted to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Local Chemists

If you wish your prescription to be sent to a local chemist please inform the receptionist, who will explain the arrangements to you.

Repeat prescriptions can also be requested between 11:00am and 3:00pm by telephoning 01698 242636 (Please allow 48 hours for collection).
