Practice offers extended hours on Thursday evenings.

From January 2010, The Practice offers extended opening hours on a Thursday evening from 18:00Hrs until 19:45Hrs.

These appointments are provided to those working adults unable to attend at any other time within normal working hours.

Results of Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire 2008

The Practice carries out an annual survey of patients views using the GPAQ Survey Questionnaire. This is important to us as it allows us to find out what our patients think about the Practice Management , the Receptionists and Doctors. We value your comments and we feel it is important that we feedback your comments and act upon them to continually improve the service we provide. An independent analysis is carried out and the results are available. Copies are also available in the reception area of the Practice.
